Is there a minimum order quantity (MOQ) for private label?
No, we are one of the few to not apply an MOQ for our private label services. We have established a flexible network of partners who can handle both large and small quantities. We are happy to discuss the details and find a solution that suits your needs and budget.
How long does it take to produce a private label supplement?
The timeline can vary depending on various factors such as the complexity of the formula and the availability of ingredients. Generally, it takes about 5-12 weeks from formula approval to delivery of the finished product. We will work closely with you to ensure that your product is delivered on time and meets all your expectations.
Order
Is the item I want to purchase currently available?
On the product page, you can see whether an item is in stock or not.
If the product is marked as "In Stock", you can place your order as usual. If it is marked as "Out of Stock", we are unfortunately unable to supply that item at the moment.

How do I place an order?
To place an order, you can browse our product overview to find the products that best suit your needs and fit within your assortment. You can also use the category pages to view products by category, making it easier to find the right items.
On the product page, you can select the desired quantity at the top of the page. Then, click "Add to Cart" to add the product to your shopping cart.
It is also possible to order multiple units of a product by selecting a higher quantity. If you scroll further down on the product page, you will find additional ordering options that allow you to easily add larger quantities to your order.
Once you have found all the products you would like to purchase and added them to your cart, click the shopping cart icon in the top-right corner of the page. There, you can review your order and proceed to Checkout to complete your purchase.
Do you have a physical store?
No, we sell our products exclusively online. We do not have a physical store or showroom. All orders can be placed through our website and are delivered directly to your specified address. If you have any questions about a product, please feel free to contact us.
