When can I expect my order?

We aim to deliver orders within the Netherlands and Belgium within 1-2 working days. From other European countries, the delivery time may sometimes be slightly longer, depending on the country. We try to indicate this as clearly as possible at checkout at all times.

Which carrier will ship my package?

We use DHL as our standard carrier. Are you ordering via Bol.com? Then PostNL will be the standard carrier. For every order, a track & trace will be sent with which you can follow your order.
